CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are needed, therefore we respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Shear Diversion Studio. NO CALL | NO SHOW If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. No refunds will be given or exceptions made. REFUNDS | DEPOSITS If you leave a deposit for any service, the deposit goes towards that specific date and time. The deposit is non-transferrable, meaning it cannot be transferred to a future appointment. If you decide to cancel or reschedule, you will forfeit your deposit. We do not offer refunds of any kind. No exceptions. ADJUSTMENTS Hair adjustments are free within 7 days of the appointment, but within reason. This means that if there are minor adjustments or changes needed to the hairstyle within a week of the appointment, they will be done free of charge. However, any major changes or requests that require significant time and effort may be subject to additional charges. EXTENSIONS 1. Guarantee Period We offer a 14-day guarantee on our hair extension installations. This means that if you experience any issues or require adjustments within 14 days of your appointment, we will provide the necessary services free of charge. 2. Hair Care Product Requirement To qualify for the guarantee, it is essential that you have purchased and used the recommended hair care products from Shear Diversion Studio. These products are specifically designed to maintain the quality and longevity of your hair extensions. 3. Adjustments and Re-installations During the guarantee period, if you need any adjustments or re-installations due to issues with the hair extensions, we will gladly provide these services at no additional cost. We will ensure that your hair extensions are properly adjusted and securely installed for your satisfaction. 4. Maintenance and Care Proper maintenance and care of your hair extensions are crucial for their longevity and appearance. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to care for your extensions, including brushing, washing, and styling techniques. It is important to follow these guidelines to maintain the quality and lifespan of your hair extensions. 5. Exclusions Please note that the guarantee does not cover any issues or damages caused by improper care, neglect, or misuse of the hair extensions. Additionally, any modifications or alterations made to the extensions by another stylist or individual will void the guarantee.
